Any consulting engagement between you and TRACIO is governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). Where these site terms conflict with the MSA or SOW, the MSA / SOW prevails for the engagement in question.

If you share confidential information with TRACIO during a discovery call or pre-contract conversation, that information is treated as confidential whether or not a mutual NDA is signed. A mutual NDA is available on request and is recommended before any technical or commercial deep-dive.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TRACIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our liability for any direct damages relating to website use is limited to the amount you have paid TRACIO in the prior 12 months (which, for the site itself, is zero). Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the relevant MSA / SOW.

10. Governing law
