What an engagement with us looks like.
Every TRACIO engagement starts the same way: a 30-minute scoping conversation. No discovery questionnaire, no junior consultant, no sales deck. We get straight to the use case, the constraints and the numbers.
If we're a fit, you get a fixed-fee proposal within 48 hours. If we're not, we tell you — and where helpful, point you to a different consultancy or vendor that fits better. That candour is what keeps the referral flywheel turning.
Where engagements run multi-month, governance is gate-driven. Each gate ends with a written go / no-go decision — you can exit cleanly at any gate with deliverables you can act on independently.
How we stay accountable.
The commercial structure that makes TRACIO independent is documented in our independence policy — auditable by your procurement or CISO under NDA. The four hard rules:
- We do not sell hardware. Zero resale margin. Procurement is direct with the chosen vendor on your terms.
- We do not take referral commissions. No kickbacks, no MDF, no channel-partner bonuses from any RTLS, RFID, IoT or systems-integration vendor.
- We do not have a software platform. Recommendations never have to defend a product P&L.
- We do not earn delivery margin on resale. Hardware and software pass through at supplier cost.
Where we work.
UK-based, working across EMEA, APAC and the Americas. Engagements can be fully remote, hybrid, or fully on-site depending on scope and your environment. Where on-site presence is needed (RF surveys, install audit, commissioning), it is scoped and priced separately.
We deliver in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese — and have delivered programmes on every continent except Antarctica.
