Hoe we in verschillende regio's leveren.

EMEA. Primary delivery hub from the UK, with consultant time in DACH, France, Benelux, Iberia and the Nordics.

On-site engagements include factory and hospital site surveys, install audit and PMO presence. Remote engagements cover supplier selection, RFP support, ROI modelling and architecture review.

APAC. Remote-first delivery from the UK with on-site visits scoped against engagement need. We have delivered programmes in Singapore, Australia, Japan and across Southeast Asia.

Time-zone overlap is handled by agreeing working hours up front, with on-site visits where physical presence is required.

Americas. North America (US and Canada) primarily remote-led with named on-site visits for survey, install audit and acceptance test.

LATAM coverage via remote-led delivery and selective on-site engagement. Major hospital, retail and manufacturing programme delivery across both regions.

How engagements scope geography. Discovery and supplier selection, remote-only is standard. RF site survey, install audit and PMO. On-site is the norm.

Acceptance testing: on-site under production load is the deciding measure. Travel and on-site time is scoped and priced separately so finance gets a clean budget line.
