How we deliver across regions.
EMEA. Primary delivery hub from the UK, with senior consultant time in DACH (German & English), France (French & English), Benelux (Dutch & English), Iberia (Spanish & English) and the Nordics (English).
On-site engagements include factory and hospital site surveys, install audit and PMO presence. Remote engagements cover vendor selection, RFP support, ROI modelling and architecture review.
APAC. Remote-first delivery from the UK with on-site visits scoped against engagement need. We have delivered programmes in Singapore, Australia, Japan and across Southeast Asia.
Time-zone overlap is handled by senior-led engagement with regional on-site partners where physical presence is required.
Americas. North America (US and Canada) primarily remote-led with named on-site visits for survey, install audit and acceptance test.
LATAM coverage via Spanish-language delivery and selective on-site engagement. Major hospital, retail and manufacturing programme delivery across both regions.
How engagements scope geography. Discovery and vendor selection — remote-only is standard. RF site survey, install audit and PMO — on-site is the norm.
Acceptance testing — on-site under production load is the deciding measure. Travel and on-site time is scoped and priced separately so finance gets a clean budget line.
Languages. Delivery in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish and Portuguese. Programme documentation, vendor RFP packs and board-ready business cases produced in the local language where required.
