Are you really vendor-neutral?

Yes. We do not sell hardware or a software platform of our own, and we take no resale commissions, so our technology and vendor recommendations serve your outcome rather than a product we need to move.

Do you work outside the UK?

We are UK-based and work across Europe and internationally, delivering in English, German and French. Engagements can be remote or on-site depending on the work.

What does a consulting engagement include?

Typically discovery and requirements, vendor-neutral technology selection, vendor evaluation and RFP support, ROI and business case, solution architecture, and an implementation roadmap. We scope each engagement to where you are.

Can you help after the decision is made?

How do we get started?

Should we run our own LoRaWAN network or use a public one?

Depends on coverage, control, security and economics. Public networks work for tracking where signal coverage exists; private networks for high-density sites or sensitive applications. We model both.

Actility or ChirpStack for private LoRaWAN?

Actility for enterprise/operator-grade requirements; ChirpStack for cost-sensitive simpler deployments. We help size which fits.

Does Actility do device-level supply?

No — device procurement is separate (Kerlink, Multitech, Tektelic gateways; thousands of device manufacturers for sensors/tags). Actility is the network-server platform layer.

How does ThingPark Location work?

Triangulation across multiple gateway receptions, with optional augmentation from device-side GNSS or Wi-Fi sniffing. Accuracy varies from tens of metres outdoors to lower depending on gateway density.
