A short written proposal: what we will do, the deliverables, the model, the price and the timeline. Fixed fee where the scope is clear.

We sign your NDA (or ours) and a simple statement of work. No long master-services marathon needed to get value moving.

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are based in London and work with clients across EMEA and beyond. On-site survey and workshops are part of most programmes; travel is agreed up front.
