What is included in TRACIO's managed RTLS services?

Continuous health and accuracy monitoring, preventive maintenance, performance optimisation, vendor and SLA management, ROI and uptime reporting, and compliance support. At the highest level we also operate the system day to day on your behalf. You keep ownership of the hardware, the platform, and your data.

How is this different from my vendor's support contract?

A vendor support contract covers that vendor's own product. TRACIO is independent and vendor-neutral, so we look after the whole deployment end to end — multiple vendors, the integrations, the RF environment, and the business outcomes — and we hold each vendor to their SLA on your behalf.

Can you actually operate our system, or only advise?

Both. TRACIO works across the full lifecycle — advise, deploy, integrate, and operate. You can engage us for light-touch assurance, for proactive optimisation, or for full day-to-day operation of the deployed system, including monitoring, maintenance coordination, and change management.

Which technologies and vendors do you support?

Any of them. We are hardware- and platform-agnostic and work across UWB, BLE, Wi-Fi, passive and RAIN RFID, GPS/GNSS, and hybrid stacks, regardless of which vendor supplied the kit. We have no platform of our own to push.

What response times and reporting do we get?

Response times and cadence are set by the service level you choose, from scheduled reviews with monthly reporting up to continuous monitoring with priority response and a custom SLA. Every level includes documented accuracy, uptime, and ROI reporting for both technical and management audiences.

When should we move RTLS to a managed model?

Typically once a deployment is live and the business depends on it, but internal teams lack the specialist time or expertise to keep it tuned. It is also common right after a rollout or a recovery, to protect the investment and stop accuracy drifting over time.

Can you help if our facility layout changes frequently?

Yes. Frequent facility change is one of the biggest causes of silent accuracy loss. Managed services include re-surveys, anchor and zone re-tuning, and geofence refinement so the system keeps pace with the physical environment.
