Dylan leads every TRACIO engagement and the client relationship personally: the business case, the architecture, vendor selection and RFP, pilot design and oversight, and delivery through to live operation. Where a programme needs more hands, specialist engineers and integrators are brought in under his direction on the same independence and confidentiality terms.

The independence model comes from sitting both seats: vendor-side engineer and customer-side buyer. The right technology decisions need someone in the room who is not paid by the vendor's outcome. TRACIO has no hardware resale, no referral commissions and no platform of its own; pilot kit is TRACIO-owned and rented for evaluation, never sold. See the independence policy.

From early active-tag RTLS pilots in the mid-2000s, through Passive RFID at scale, BLE 5.x direction-finding, UWB FiRa standardisation and SLAM-driven AMR fleets, Dylan has worked on the technology as it developed.

Before founding TRACIO he worked end-to-end across sales, technical sales and implementation, so the commercial case, the RF and architecture choices and the go-live were the same person's judgement, not a hand-off.
