How to read these composite worked examples
Every case study on this site is an anonymised, composite worked example built from patterns seen across comparable programmes and published industry ranges where noted. They are not named-client scorecards. Named references are available under NDA when you engage.
Read for problem shape, approach, measurement method and lessons — then substitute your baselines. If a page shows an accuracy or payback band, treat it as a planning range, not a guarantee.
Pick the vertical closest to your operation, note the failure modes called out, and bring your own labour, incident or inventory numbers to a scoping call. We will rebuild the model on your data.
What the library covers — and what it does not
The library spans healthcare, automotive, aerospace MRO, defence, logistics, retail, pharma, mining, energy, construction, sports and more. It emphasises measurement design (baseline, method, period, exclusions) because that is what investment committees and auditors actually test.
It does not claim we installed every logo on every page. Confidentiality is the reason composites exist. If you need a like-for-like reference in your sub-sector, ask — that is an engagement conversation, not a brochure footnote.
How TRACIO uses composites in sales integrity
We would rather under-claim with composites than over-claim with thinly veiled logos. If a prospect needs a same-vertical named call, that happens under NDA after mutual qualification — not as anonymous website theatre.
Each child page now deepens problem, approach, outcomes, governance and implementation sequence. Use them as workshop agendas. Bring your numbers; we will not pretend a published band is your business case.
If your vertical is missing, tell us — new composites are built from programme patterns, never from leaking a client identity.
Using the case-study library in workshops and RFPs
Workshop pattern: pick two composites closest to your operation; walk problem → approach → measurement → lessons → implementation sequence; then replace every figure with your baseline plan. End with a risk register drafted live.
RFP pattern: lift acceptance ideas and vendor challenge lines into your lot documents. Keep composites out of formal annexes if legal prefers no third-party narrative — use them internally to sharpen requirements.
Integrity pattern: we will not name clients on the public web. Under NDA we arrange suitable references. If a seller shows you a TRACIO-looking story with a logo slapped on, treat it as a red flag — our public pages are explicit about composites.
Coverage: healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defence, logistics, retail, pharma, mining, energy, construction, sports, smart city and more. Missing niche? Request a composite build as part of discovery.
Measurement literacy: every child page states baseline, method, period and exclusions. Copy that structure into your own pilot reports. Committees learn to trust you when you say what you did not measure.
